So, we stayed for 3 nights and the whole check-in process was smooth, barely any lines, just like they knew we were coming. And let me tell you, the gym was open 24/7, which was great for me and the group-very convenient. We had everything ready upon arrival, like they knew we needed to hit the ground running!

The kids loved catching a live performance at the Festival Centre, which really made our trip special. We enjoyed the riverbank restaurant with tasty meals and a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. Traveling with my son's family was great fun.

estrel is super easy to get to, just a short walk from the s-bahn station sonnenallee. the fitness center is open 24/7, which is a huge plus for night owls. the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything felt very organized, even with many guests around.

The high pricing for basic amenities, like 5€ for a bottle of water, is quite jarring and feels excessive. I encountered noisy neighbors with thin walls disrupting my sleep, a common issue that detracted from relaxation. Despite the hotel’s large size, the limited recreational facilities were disappointing. I expected more leisure options to balance the business atmosphere. Parking options were also somewhat restrictive, which complicated getting around.

The Estrel Berlin features a stunning glass-covered atrium filled with beautiful trees and art, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I also appreciated the easy accessibility of all areas, making it comfortable for seniors like myself.

More seating areas in the lobby would be helpful.
