Perfect for group gatherings, but not cheap.
So, we stayed for 3 nights and the whole check-in process was smooth, barely any lines, just like they knew we were coming. And let me tell you, the gym was open 24/7, great for me and the group-very convenient. We had everything ready upon arrival, like they knew we needed to hit the ground running!
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it was still acceptable.

The service staff endeavored to solve problems. All were extremely pleasant especially the Bell Staff.
Temperature control in the room was very, very poor. Restaurant option were limited due to a convention.

High quality hotel with magnificent location close to the metro station and extremely helpful staff from house keeping to management. Easy check-in, late check-out. Not to mention excellent wifi!

I was upgradet to a junior suite, which was totally new decorated! Wonderfulll...
No spicific nice and cosy Hotal bar. ... just a facilitie in the Atrium, wich was very cool

This was my 8th visit to Berlin, and given a choice, I would only stay at the Estrel. Previous trips were for business, but it suited perfectly for a weekend break.
Comfort, friendly and helpfull staff.

the staff was very helpful, the rooms were great and the price was really worth the hotel. i would recommend the hotel to everyone traveling to berlin and willinng to make a little effort regarding the location, yet cares about the quality of the hotel
the location is a bit off center, but it is still the train station which arrives every 10 minutes, and it's about 15-20 minutes from the center of town

Personnel was very well trained and kind
Prices was too high for the services offered. Internet charging was too much and it was not clear the charging policy for internet use. Restaurants to expensive in respect of the quality and quantity of food (very poor)

Enjoyed some relaxation at the spa and took advantage of the sauna after a long day. Just a heads up, we noticed there weren't any kettles in the room, a bit unexpected but not a dealbreaker 😊

Friendly staff, close to Metro. Very clean.
No in room toiletries, no in room coffee and no iron. The business center was inexpensive, but antiquated.
